Please read them before using the website or submitting an enquiry.

Authaeon is developing services relating to company formation and digital setup for Irish businesses.

At the date of these Terms, the website is being used primarily to provide information, understand market demand, gather enquiries and evaluate prospective services.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about Authaeon and services that Authaeon is considering, developing or may offer.

Information on the website is not an offer to supply a service and does not guarantee that any particular service is currently available or will become available.

Authaeon may change, develop, postpone or discontinue a proposed service at any time.

3. Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Authaeon.

In particular, no contract for company formation, digital setup, domain registration, website development or any other service is created merely because you:

Authaeon is not obliged to accept an enquiry, provide a quotation or supply a service.

If Authaeon begins offering paid services, a binding service agreement will arise only where the parties expressly agree to proceed in accordance with the terms applicable to that service, such as an accepted written quotation or separate service agreement.

Any future quotation or service agreement may contain additional or different terms.

4. Enquiries and market research

Authaeon is currently evaluating demand for its proposed services.

We may use enquiries, feedback and interaction data to understand matters such as:

Where this involves personal data, its collection and use is governed by our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to processing that requires consent under data-protection or electronic-communications law.

Where information is aggregated or anonymised so that individuals are no longer identifiable, Authaeon may use the resulting statistical or market information for business planning, analysis and development.

5. Contacting you about an enquiry

If you provide your email address, telephone number or other contact details in connection with an enquiry, you are requesting that Authaeon may use those details to respond to that enquiry.

Depending on the contact details you provide, our response may be made by email or telephone.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to receive unrelated electronic marketing.

Where Authaeon sends direct marketing in the future, it will do so only where permitted by applicable law. You may ask us to stop sending promotional communications at any time by contacting william.osullivan@authaeon.com.

Further information about how we use personal data is contained in our Privacy Notice.

6. Facebook, Instagram and other third-party platforms

Authaeon may advertise or collect expressions of interest through third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Those platforms are operated independently by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy notices and platform rules.

Where personal data from an Authaeon enquiry or lead form is provided to us through a third-party platform, Authaeon’s subsequent processing of that information is described in our Privacy Notice.

Use of a third-party platform does not create a contract for Authaeon services.

7. No professional advice

Information provided by Authaeon through this website is general information only.

Authaeon does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice through this website.

Information relating to company formation, registration requirements, domains, websites, business setup or similar matters should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified adviser or confirmation from the relevant authority.

Requirements can change and may depend on individual circumstances.

You are responsible for verifying requirements relevant to your own circumstances before acting on information contained on this website.

8. Accuracy of website information

We aim to keep information on the website reasonably accurate and current.

However, because Authaeon’s services are still being developed and legal, regulatory, technical and third-party requirements may change, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Descriptions of prospective services are indicative only and may change before those services are launched.

If you identify an apparent error, you may notify us at william.osullivan@authaeon.com.

9. Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Authaeon and evaluating whether its proposed services may be relevant to you or your business.

You must not knowingly:

Authaeon may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its systems, users or legal rights.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including its text, branding, graphics, layout and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Authaeon Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view, access and make reasonable copies of website content for your own internal, personal or business-evaluation purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, commercially exploit or materially modify Authaeon’s website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

“Authaeon”, Authaeon’s branding and associated logos remain the property of Authaeon Limited.

Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

A link does not necessarily mean that Authaeon endorses, controls or accepts responsibility for that third party.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Authaeon is not responsible for the availability, content, security or independent activities of third-party websites or platforms.

12. Website availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous access to the website.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, third-party infrastructure failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website where reasonably necessary.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by law, Authaeon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.

Authaeon is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts, omissions, outages or systems of third-party websites, platforms or infrastructure providers outside Authaeon’s reasonable control.

You remain responsible for decisions you make concerning your business and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.

14. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

The Privacy Notice explains, among other things:

These Terms do not override or reduce any rights you have under applicable data-protection law.

15. Consumer rights

The website is principally directed at people who are establishing, evaluating or operating businesses in Ireland.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or restricts any mandatory rights that you may have as a consumer under Irish or European Union law.

Where mandatory consumer law applies and conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal protection will prevail.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms where the website, Authaeon’s activities or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on www.authaeon.com and will state the date on which it was last updated.

Changes apply to use of the website after the updated Terms are published.

These website Terms do not retrospectively alter any separate contract that may later be entered into between Authaeon and a customer.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by Irish law.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that apply under applicable law, disputes concerning these Terms or use of the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
